Ingredients:

1 cup of yogurt

3 tbsp of chia seeds

1 handful of raspberries

1 scoop (12g) of Essa collagen powder

 

Directions:

  1. Mix the collagen powder with the yogurt, then add chia seeds, and mix well again.
  2. Add the mixture to a glass, top it with raspberries. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours to make it fresher and cooler or enjoy it right away.
