Ingredients for both:
3 tbsp oats
½ scoop of Essa blend Vanilla/Choco Spice Vegan Protein Powder
½ cup of oat milk
Toppings:
⅓ of a peach
⅓ of a banana
4 brazil nuts
1 tsp of coconut chips
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients per flavor together and put them in a jar/cup. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Top the next morning with:
- Vanilla with peach and coconut chips
- Choco Spice with banana and brazil nuts
