Ingredients for both:

3 tbsp oats

½ scoop of Essa blend Vanilla/Choco Spice Vegan Protein Powder

½ cup of oat milk

Toppings:

⅓ of a peach

⅓ of a banana

4 brazil nuts

1 tsp of coconut chips

 

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients per flavor together and put them in a jar/cup. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Top the next morning with:
  • Vanilla with peach and coconut chips
  • Choco Spice with banana and brazil nuts
