Collagen-protein smoothie
This is our latest favourite smoothie recipe that is absolutely delicious and we cannot stop making it!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop (12g) Essa World collagen powder
- 1 scoop (30g) Essablend vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk of your choice (we used coconut milk)
- 1/4 cup yoghurt of your choice
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
- Enjoy!
