Collagen-protein smoothie

This is our latest favourite smoothie recipe that is absolutely delicious and we cannot stop making it!

Time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop (12g) Essa World collagen powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) Essablend vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (we used coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt of your choice

Method: 

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  2. Enjoy!
