Carrot cake protein bites
If you crave festive flavors in a healthy version: Carrot Cake Bites
You'll only need a few minutes and a small amount of ingredients, but most importantly, make sure to have a multifunctional food processor on hand!

Cooking: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup nuts
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp Essa Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 cube fresh ginger
- ½ carrot, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Create small balls using your hands.
- Roll balls in shredded coconut.
- Place them into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Bon appétit!
