Pumpkin spice pancake
Easy, quick and healthy Pumpkin Spice Pancakes recipe with Essablend vanilla protein sauce!

For the pancake base:
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice spice mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp brown rice flour
- A little coconut milk
For vanilla sauce:
- 1 scoop Essablend vanilla protein
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
Method:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fry the pancakes in a little coconut oil.
- Mix the protein powder with the coconut milk until it becomes a sauce consistency.
- Enjoy!
