Banana-oat smoothie recipe
This smoothie requires only a few ingredients and yet the result is very delicious!
I love making this smoothie with the protein, post workout to promote muscle recovery as well as maintaining lean body mass.
Ingredients:
- 150 ml water
- 150 ml plant based milk
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop (30g) of Essablend protein
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp. flaxseeds
- 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon (the more the better)
- A pinch of salt
Method:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
