Protein energy ball recipe
Today’s recipe
I think it’s a great energy fuel and tastes delicious. I like to have it as a snack before lunch, but sometimes I get one before or after a workout. It is very nutritious, full of excellent ingredients, gluten free and vegan. It is definitely one of my favorites!
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 7 dates pitted (Medjool dates are our favorite)
- ¼ cup rice syrup or agave
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted cashew nuts (you can also use almond)
- 1 scoop (30g) Essablend vanilla protein
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
