Iced Matcha with Raspberry Collagen – A Refreshing Summer Elixir

This energizing drink is your perfect summer companion: cooling, uplifting, and packed with beauty benefits. Matcha provides a gentle caffeine lift, while Essa’s raspberry-flavored collagen supports your natural glow from within.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 scoop (approx. 10 g) Essa Raspberry Collagen Powder
  • 200 ml cold almond or other plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • Ice cubesapprox. 50 ml hot (not boiling) water

 

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the matcha powder with hot water (around 70–80 °C) until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add the cold plant-based milk and mix well.
  3. Stir in the Essa raspberry collagen and sweetener, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the matcha mixture over it.
