Ingredients:

  • 150 ml water
  • 150 ml coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop (30g) Essablend vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop (12g) Essa raspberry collagen
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful frozen strawberries

 

Method:
