Healthy Berry Crumble with Collagen and Protein
This wholesome crumble is perfect as a healthy dessert or a nutrient-rich breakfast to fuel your day! 🫐🥣✨

Ingredients
Berry Base:
- 500g frozen berries (any mix you love)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1,5 scoop (18g) Essa World collagen powder
Crumble Topping:
- 180g rolled oats
- 1.5–2 scoops Essa World vegan protein (vanilla flavor)
- 2 heaped tbsp runny nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
- Optional - 1 heaped tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1-2 tbsp walnuts crushed to smaller pieces
- 1,5 tbsp coconut flakes
- Pinch of salt
- 0,5 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the crumble ingredients, including the Essablend protein powder, and mix until you get a sticky, textured consistency.
- Spread the frozen berries in a baking dish, sprinkle over the chia seeds and collagen powder, and add a touch of sweetener if desired.
- Evenly distribute the crumble topping over the berries.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with a generous dollop of yogurt.
