I love making this bowl on hot days and this is my summer go to breakfast recipe.
It is delicious and refreshing and with the protein and other ingredients it gives you enough energy to kick-start your day.
- ½ scoop of Essablend Vegan Vanilla protein
- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 75-95 ml almond or coconut milk (depends on how thick you like your smoothie bowl)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- handful of granola
- cacao nibs
- dried coconut flakes
- peanut butter
- Add the protein, banana, almond milk, cinnamon to a blender and blend until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Transfer it into a bowl and top it with your favorite granola, cacao nibs, coconut flakes and peanut butter. Enjoy!
