Pumpkin spice pancake

Easy, quick and healthy Pumpkin Spice Pancakes recipe with Essablend vanilla protein sauce!

For the pancake base:

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice spice mix
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown rice flour
  • A little coconut milk

For vanilla sauce:

  • 1 scoop Essablend vanilla protein
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

 

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fry the pancakes in a little coconut oil.
  2. Mix the protein powder with the coconut milk until it becomes a sauce consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
